FNB Happiness Store

Most people know the saying, “Money can’t buy you happiness.” We wanted to challenge this popular saying, by launching the world’s first pop-up store where you can’t buy anything for yourself.

We launched the FNB Happiness Store via a website, www.fnbhappinessstore.com.na, where online shoppers can browse through requests from people who need practical items - anything from a soccer ball to a blanket - and buy the happy gift, which gets delivered to the recipient by a member of the Happiness Team. It started out as a theory that money can indeed buy you happiness, when it’s spent on someone else, and since the launch in June 2016, we’ve found that people have experienced happiness themselves; bought and paid for.
